Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes; we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout and will depend on the size of your order and location.
Which payments are accepted?
We use Stripe to securely process card payments through our online store. You can also use Apple and Google Pay if you prefer.
How long will delivery take?
Unfortunately we cannot answer this for every country but we will ship your order within two working days and you will receive a notification confirming this and the shipping information.
Is the store secure?
Absolutely! Our online store is incredibly secure. We use Stripe to process our payments which gives us industry standard security protocols for online shopping. Our website is also protected on the backend with multiple layers of security, including the SSL certificate you can see in your browser [the little padlock].
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive a confirmation of your order, a notification of shipping and a full receipt. These will be sent to the account holder’s email address given.
